Looks like we are going to be putting this project on hold indefinitely. Maybe in the future more people will be interested, but for now we just did not get enough support or enough of a response. I have two videos, one being my own, which obviously is not enough.

If you have made videos, please still send them in. If over time I collect enough videos to make this, I intend to continue with it. For now, though, thank you for the support you did give me and I hope we can bring this project back in the future!

I’ve only received one submission so far, and I’m hoping it’s only because people just haven’t had a chance to make their videos and send them in yet. If that is the case, you’re in luck! I’m extending the deadline by two weeks - you now have until Wednesday, March 14th. I’m hoping this will encourage people to still participate! I know that personally I’ll be using this extension to wrangle my friends into doing a video with me while we’re all home for Spring Break ;)

Is anyone else having trouble leaving messages in my ask box?

I just want to remind everyone that the deadline to submit your videos is February 29th, that’s next Wednesday.

Please reply to this or leave a note in my ask box if you intend on submitting a video. So far I have only one submission. We’re really going to need at least 20 for this video to be good. Right now there are 30 of you following.

If you could please reblog some of our earlier introductory posts and help spread the word about this project, encourage your Merlin fandom friends to participate, etc. it would be a huge help.

Also, if you don’t think you can have the video to me by the 29th, please let me know. Especially since we have one submission right now, I would be more than happy to extend the deadline if people think it would help.

Hello again everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend :D

With just over three weeks until the submission deadline, I really want to push ‘advertising’ for this project - and not just on Tumblr, but in other corners of the Merlin fandom as well.

If you are a part of an LJ community or you spend time on message boards dedicated to Merlin, would you be willing to make a post about this project (assuming the site allows such advertising)?

Even just a small post briefly describing what we are doing along with a link to this blog would be so helpful in getting the word out there and getting so more traffic to this blog.

If you do post about this project on another site, please “answer” this post below and leave a link, so that others know if that particular place has already been posted to (don’t want to spam anyone). Or, if you don’t feel comfortable posting but know of a place where myself or others could do so, leave the link and let us know that as well.
